1. Order Cancellation
Before Order Preparation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the food preparation process has started. Upon successful cancellation, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
After Order Preparation
Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as the food is prepared specifically for the customer.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed.
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Order not delivered due to operational issues attributable to Tiffin Express.
- Incorrect order delivered.
- Significant quality issues verified by our support team.
Refund requests are subject to review and approval by Tiffin Express.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Change of mind after food preparation has started.
- Minor variations in taste, appearance, or packaging.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the policies of the customer’s bank or payment provider.
5. Subscription or Tiffin Plans
For prepaid meal plans or subscriptions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the commencement of the plan.
- Once a meal plan has started, refunds will be considered only at the sole discretion of Tiffin Express.
- Any approved refund may be subject to deduction for meals already delivered and applicable administrative charges.
